RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At TOPP NOTCH BEAUTY, we want you to shop with confidence.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition you received them

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used lash kits
- Opened adhesives, bond & seal, or removers

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@toppnotchbeauty.com with your order number and photos of the item. The item must be returned to us exactly as you received it, unopened, before a replacement can be shipped out. Once we receive the returned item, your replacement will be sent right away.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
